Cinematographer, photographer, and writer, Emil interested in visual storytelling that pushes the limits in technology and entertainment. This includes cinematography in the virtual world, incorporating physical production skills into the growing world of virtual production. He believes in creativity through interdisciplinary connections: the study of storytelling, the art of academia, and the science of cinema.

He is also a personal fitness trainer, coach, dragon boater, and overall nerd.

Emil is currently working with Industrial Light and Magic's Stagecraft in virtual production.
